Glutamine Zero from BioTechUSA is a flavored powder that is taken after training. 90% of the active ingredient of the product is the conditionally essential amino acid glutamine.

Some amino acids can be produced by the human body (non-essential amino acids), while amino acids from the second group (essential amino acids) cannot be produced by the body itself and are therefore taken in through food.
