Arginine is an amino acid produced in the pituitary gland, so we can say that it is basically a non-essential nutrient. However, during hard physical work, our body may not be able to produce enough of it, so it needs to be taken in the form of dietary supplements.

- Mix 1 serving (2 g = half a scoop = half a tablespoon) of the product with 400 ml of water or beverage of your choice in a shaker
- on training days take 2 servings daily, 1 serving within 30 minutes before training and another serving before bedtime
- on rest days consume 1 serving between meals and the other before bedtime
