BioTech MCTs come from coconuts, but are also found naturally in palm oil. So they can be derived from coconut oil or palm oil, but these oils do not contain MCTs exclusively. Compared to other types of oils and fats, BioTechUSA MCT is an alternative that your body can absorb faster. You can use it before endurance sports, long distance sports or other strenuous activities.
