Oatmeal is a very popular form of healthy breakfast. Oats have a low glycaemic index. It therefore raises blood sugar levels less and the carbohydrates it contains are absorbed more slowly, giving you a longer feeling of fullness. Your breakfast should be rich in protein as it contributes to muscle maintenance during training, strict dieting and everyday life.
The Protein Oatmeal product has the beneficial properties of oats combined with a high protein content. The product contains only cold-pressed palm oil, which is RSPO certified.
It is a dietary supplement.
BioTech Protein Oatmeal 1000 g - Dosage
- Mix 1 serving (87 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) of the product with 125 ml of water or low-fat milk and
- let stand for a few minutes before consuming .

Banana: Oatflakes (contains gluten) 73 %, whey protein concentrate 16 %, banana pieces (dried banana pieces 3,5 %, coconut oil, sucrose, honey, flavouring), apple pieces [dried apple pieces 2,5 %, dextrose, preservative (sulphur dioxide)], L-glutamine 0,5 %, flavouring, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine 0,2 %, acid (citric acid), L-leucine 0,04 %, salt, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0,02 %, L-valine 0,02 %, colour (tartrazine*), maltodextrin.
