Biotech Protein Power is a great tasting multi-ingredient protein enriched with micronized creatine for those who want to increase performance, improve muscle growth and speed up recovery.
Theadded micronized creatine monohydrate enhances physical performance during short consecutive doses of very intense exercise.
It contains three types of protein:

- calcium caseinate
- whey protein concentrate

- Mix 1 serving (30 g = heaped scoop) in 300 ml of water and stir in a shaker
- on training days take 2 servings (one serving within 45 min after training, the second serving between meals
- on non-training days take 1 serving in the morning and the second in the evening

Strawberry-banana: Protein component 81 % [soya protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate (contains milk)], flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronized creatine monohydrate 5,7 %, flavourings, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), acid (citric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), salt, thickener (cellulose gum), colour (Allura Red AC*).
