Recovery Gel contains high-quality, rapidly absorbed hydrolyzed protein sources to replenish energy lost during strenuous training and to promote muscle growth and maintenance.
It is made with a three-component carbohydrate blend (glucose, fructose, maltodextrin) that provides the body with immediate energy. Recovery Gel's formula has been further enhanced with valuable BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids), L-glutamine and L-lysine. It is also supplemented with vitamins and minerals that we lose when we sweat.
It is a dietary supplement.
