Czech Virus Essential Aminos 360 g - Product description
Essential Aminos is a complex of 8 essential amino acids and 1 semi-essential amino acid that are fermented from natural sources. It contains only natural flavours, natural colours and is sweetened with a blend of sucralose and steviol glycosides - completely sugar free! Essential amino acids are those amino acids that the body cannot synthesize. The synthesis of essential amino acids is very complex and energy intensive compared to other amino acids, so it is more beneficial for the body to use ready-made amino acids if it can obtain them.
Both strength and endurance athletes can benefit from the use of high quality EAAs. Simply put, they can be taken at any time of the day when you need to supply your body with fast and perfectly usable amino acids. Compared to BCAAs, EAAs offer a higher number of essential amino acids, BCAAs contain only 3 - leucine, isoleucine and valine. But of the EAAs, BCAAs have the highest effect on muscle protein synthesis. In general, it can be said that EAAs will be suitable for a greater number of people than BCAAs, however it should be noted that some people may get more benefit from taking BCAAs. EAAs can be used for bodybuilding, strongman, hockey, combat sports and more.
Effect on muscles
One of the main functions of EAAs is that they are an essential building block for the body's own protein production (muscle mass, body tissue, etc). In this way, they have an effect on anabolic metabolism (muscle building). However, EAAs are also very suitable in a diet where the body can use them as perfectly usable and fast energy. The catabolic processes are minimized and after the workout there is an effective balance - maximum growth. Taking EAAs before, during or after training has been shown to increase muscle protein synthesis and create a positive protein balance that allows the body to recover and grow.
The difference between EAAs and proteins
The body normally breaks down the individual amino acids ingested from protein (whether from a solid diet or a supplement) before it begins to use and process them. The breakdown process begins in the stomach and continues on to the intestines. The digestion time then depends on the source of the protein, with beef, whey protein or overnight (micellar) protein being different. Hydrolysate with pre-digested (partially cleaved) protein was considered to be the fastest digesting protein. In contrast, EAAs do not need to be digested by the body but are used immediately. The body starts to use them roughly between 15-30 minutes after ingestion, when the amino acids enter the blood and are immediately available to the body. In this way, the body can be supplied with the necessary amino acids very efficiently and quickly.
It is a dietary supplement.
