Quality Protein Source
It would seem that with current healthy eating trends, every protein bar would contain only quality protein sources. Wrong! The market is flooded with bars made with soy protein, ideally with the addition of wheat and collagen. We have chosen pure and natural whey protein as the sole and main source of protein in our bars.

The original source of fibre
During the first tests of our bars, we tried different types of liquid fibres that we could use. The one that appealed to us the most was chicory vegetable fibre, which has excellent properties and tastes good at the same time. It also provides excellent nutritional value, high fibre content and minimal carbohydrates.

Large amounts of nuts
All of our bars have nuts as an additional ingredient after vegetable fibre and whey protein! They therefore make up the bulk of the product. In Coffeenel it is hazelnuts, in Coconel coconut and in Caramel peanuts (so not directly a nut here, but a legume). The nuts in the recipe give us excellent flavour and good nutritional value.

Own recipe
Today it is common that every well-known Czech brand has its own bars (some even with quality ingredients!). However, few brands have been able to offer bars with their own recipe after a few years of operation. We have always wanted our own protein bars, but we were not satisfied with a company making a bar with their recipe. We couldn't make an original based on our nut creams that you already know well. We believe the wait was worth it and you will now taste the best protein bar without lowering your quality standard!
