Whey processing CFM
The Cross Flow Microfiltration method is a cross flow microfiltration that takes place through special ceramic filters that pass only the whey protein without other unwanted components. It gently separates whey protein from denatured proteins, milk fat and lactose. In this way, the protein retains the maximum bio-active fractions and has a high biological efficiency. The process is completely chemical-free!
Natural flavours
Since the launch of Pure Elite CFM, only natural flavours have been used. The manufacturer feels that the use of synthetic colours is not suited to the most chemically free processed whey. In addition, since September 2018, the flavours have been redesigned into an absolutely delicate creamy taste. You won't want to believe you're not drinking flavoured milk full of sugars and fats. That's how good the new flavours are, and the manufacturer is duly proud and confident that you will be supremely satisfied in this regard.
No unnecessary
When the product was created a few years back, it was quite common in the market that most products contained utter unnecessaries - fillers, synthetic colours, controversial sweeteners... Gums and thickeners were commonly added for a thicker texture. According to the Czech Virus philosophy, these things simply don't belong in a pure protein, so you won't find any fillers, thickeners, dyes or controversial sweeteners in Pure Elite CFM.
Digezyme® enzymes
DigeZyme® is a unique blend of five specific enzymes. This complex consists of broad acting enzymes, namely alpha-amylase (breaks down starches), protease (breaks down proteins), lipase (breaks down fats), cellulase (breaks down cellulose) and lactase (breaks down lactose). It is gluten and GMO free. In addition, these enzymes are resistant to the action of gastric juices, thus retaining their digestive activity.
Lifeinu™ Probiotics
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is one of the most studied probiotic bacteria and has shown beneficial effects on digestive and immune health.
