One sachet (15 g) contains:
- 600 mg potassium
- 160 mg magnesium
- 90 mg sodium
- 80 mg vitamin C

Enervit Magnesium Potassium Sport 10 x 15 g - Dosage
- Dissolve one sachet in 200 ml of water.
Take in the days before a physically demanding performance (race or hard training), in a dose of one sachet per day. If you suffer from cramps, one sachet can be mixed into a hypotonic Enervit G Sport drink and sipped during a race or training. To replenish minerals after a hard workout, one sachet can also be drunk daily on the following days.
