Muscle protein is composed of 18 major amino acids. These amino acids have a precise ratio. Some are represented in the muscle more, others less. However, none must be missing! And none must be above the physiological ratio. Without ensuring this simple condition, your muscle simply will not grow.
What have they done at Extrifit? They took the protein of human muscle (its amino spectrum) and created an exact copy of it. They weighed all the amino acids one by one and in the same ratio as they are represented in human muscle and put them in a capsule. The result was Amigo - human muscle protein in a capsule!
That's why you'll find slogans like:

Sure, immediately after training, BCAA and glutamine deficiency increases. After your workout, preferably right in the locker room, ideally dose our gel BCAA GT+, with 5000 mg of BCAAs and 5000 mg of glutamine in a single bag. BUT, as early as 30 minutes after your workout and also in the morning and evening and on non-workout days, dose Amigo!
Simply "pour" into your muscles the same stuff that muscles are made of. Otherwise they will neither grow nor harden. Amigo is, of course, completely free form (composed entirely of single free amino acids). It doesn't have the ratio of amino acids like milk (which protein drinks are made of) or like rice or potatoes or like beef steak. Amigo has an amino acid ratio like that of human muscle. If you take Amigo, the supply of free amino acids will provide the muscle receptors with exactly what they need for growth. That is, muscle amino analogues. There is nothing extra, nothing missing, nothing out of proportion in Amigo. Amigo = muscle (muscle protein). If the ratio of the individual amino acids is not balanced (when it is different than in human muscle protein), then, for example, a disproportionately low content of one of the amino acids can cause a low utilization of the other amino acids and thus reduce the overall effect of the product. Take 5 capsules of Amigo daily depending on your body weight, physical activity and nutritional regimen. Divide your daily dose into three parts and take in the morning, noon and evening. On training day, take one dose approximately 30 minutes after exercise.
