- we recommend to divide the daily dose (2 - 3 sachets) of Hydro Isolate 90 into 2 - 3 portions
- due to hydrolysis (pre-digestion) this protein is suitable for consumption after training or even before training and in the morning at midday
- mix the contents of 1 sachet (30 g) in 150 - 200 ml of water
