What does Regel contain?

Regel contains a wide complex of substances necessary for fast recovery after physical exertion: three balanced sources of carbohydrates (maltodextrin, dextrose and isomaltulose palatinose), which will provide your body with enough energy and support the recovery processes after sports performance. Energizers such as inosine, taurine and carnitine will ward off fatigue after physical activity. Two forms of creatine - creatine ethyl ester and tri creatine malate - quickly restore and increase creatine phosphate stores in overloaded muscles. Anabolisers such as beta alanine, citrulline and arginine AKG, which act as stimulants of NO (nitric oxide) production, will increase blood flow to your muscles and thus push all the necessary substances for recovery into the muscle cells.
