A further 15% of the product's complex carbohydrates come from oat flakes and 5% from wheat flakes. The mash is also supplemented with the prebiotic fibre inulin from chicory root. Large pieces of freeze-dried fruit and high quality chocolate with an absolute minimum of sugar give the rice porridge a fantastic taste and appearance.

Extrifit® Rice Porridge is composed of ingredients in their most natural form and contains no unnecessary additives. The delicate taste of the individual flavours is only due to the natural ingredients! The fruit flavours of the product - blueberry, strawberry and mango - have a great fruity taste thanks to the high content of freeze-dried fruit (vacuum frozen fruit, preserving all vitamins, natural taste and colour). The chocolate flavour contains pieces of real quality chocolate and the coconut flavour contains 100% natural shredded coconut. The added sugar (sucrose) content of the fruit flavours is only 1.2 g per 50 g and the chocolate flavour, despite the amazing chocolate taste, only 2.4 g per 50 g! It is exclusively a high quality natural brown sugar, used to bind the oats and wheat flakes together and achieve a pleasant crunch when eaten.
