Jerky generally refers to raw meat from which the fat is removed and then cut and dried. As such, Indiana Jerky is then made by our Chief according to old Indian recipes.
Indiana Jerky is thinly sliced lean meat, further marinated, dried and cured. The drying process takes several hours so that the raw material retains both the natural flavor of the meat and its juiciness and elasticity.
For the athlete or fit outdoorsman, there is no healthier, quicker and more nutritious snack than a bag of Indiana Jerky. It's a light, non-greasy-to-the-touch snack that contains a high amount of protein and only minimal fat.
A plant that meets the strictest hygiene standards has been chosen for production.

Pork, salt, sea salt 0,2 %, soya protein hydrolysate, yeast extract, fermented grape vinegar, pepper, flavouring, smoky aroma, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Recommended storage temperatures are +5 to +30 °C. Each package contains an oxygen absorber which preserves the flavour and aroma without any negative contamination throughout the shelf life of the product. Once opened, consume within 72 hours. Any white coating on the product is not a quality defect. The oxygen absorber inside the packaging is not intended for consumption.
