Instructions for use:

• do not use deodorant and body cream before application
• stand on a towel to avoid staining the floor
• the evening before the competition apply one coat of Jan Tana Hi-Def Color as a base color
• on the day of the competition if you have a naturally darker skin tone, use Hi-Def Color as the final coat of the competition color
• for a darker shade, apply another coat
• if you are a lighter type, use Jan Tana Ultra 1 on the day of the competition instead of Hi-Def Color

Recommended use of Jan Tana products:

Step 1 (Body Scrub + Body Lotion):

Skin preparation before competition:

• Wash with Jan Tana Body Scrub daily to give your skin a youthful healthy look (exfoliate to remove old skin). Use daily or at least 7 days before the competition.
• Use Jan Tana Body Lotion after showering with Jan Tana Body Scrub to achieve soft hydrated skin with a young healthy appearance with a properly balanced pH. Use daily or at least 7 days before the competition.
• After cleansing with the Body Scrub, do not use any deodorants

Step 2 (Green Away):

• Jan Tana Green Away regulates the pH of the skin to prevent skin from turning green
• removes green skin tone and restores competition color
• spray Jan Tana Green Away all over the body, allow to set, then apply Jan Tana color
• use to remove green tones in underarms and other areas of the body
• apply to sponge, remove green tone of color and restore original color

Step 3 (Hi-Def):

• The night before the competition (after showering and reapplying Jan Tana Body Scrub, before bed) apply one coat of Hi-Def Color color
• perfect muscle definition
• perfect shade without the need for prior tanning
• 2 applications are enough
• no staining of clothing

Step 4 (Ultra 1):

• on the morning of the contest, use one application of Jan Tana Ultra 1 Color for a dark mahogany color
• for a darker color repeat color application
• do not wash until the contest is over

Step 5 (Glaze):

• to accentuate the figure and achieve maximum definition, use Glaze glow oil
• creates a special glowing effect for your onstage performance (also an excellent massage oil)
• backstage at the competition, approximately 10-30 minutes before going onstage, apply all over the body (apply two coats for a dramatic effect) if needed,
• use the appropriate Tattoo Cover cover-up (do not apply a final coat of Glaze over the Tattoo Cover!!!)
