Zuzana Klingrová

Zuzana is the co-owner of a yoga studio in Prague and the program director of the St. Catherine Resort. She studied at ATVS Palestra, the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University and at Indu University in the USA, where she earned a Bachelor of Academic in sport sciences. She holds other sports licenses and certifications in various sports - health physical education, diving, swimming, fitness, nutrition and massage. She has studied many styles of yoga such as hatha yoga, power yoga, yoga therapy, tantra yoga, kundalini yoga, yoga for pregnancy and postpartum, yin yoga, fly yoga, restorative yoga. She is currently delving deeper into the tantric traditions in yoga and Kriya Yoga (Para and Ishta Yoga). She believes that through yoga we not only know ourselves. Her first book, Yoga All Year Round, was published in 2019 and became a bestseller.
