About the Author
Zumr Tomas
Born in 1982. He graduated in coaching and specialised in athletics coaching at the Charles University in Prague. He has been actively involved in athletics with a focus on sprints and relay races for more than 10 years. He is a multiple medalist and champion of the Czech Republic, academic champion of the Czech Republic and participant of the European Athletics Championships. He was a member of the national bobsled team, a participant of World Cup and World Championships. Professionally, he is particularly interested in fitness training, coordination and strength demands of various sports disciplines, strengthening and strengthening with the use of balance aids. He creates and implements nutrition plans, personal and group training for recreational and elite athletes, focusing on tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, hockey, golf and more. She is part of the coaching team at Hamr Sports Complexes. He is also an author or co-author of several professional publications on the problems and potential of using balance aids in practice.
