Loving weight loss
A comprehensive guide for women in their weight loss efforts.
Loving weight loss - Product description
I have to work hard on myself to be thinner. But I don't have the time, energy or willpower. I have to eat healthy, count calories, the steps I take in a day, and stick to that new diet everyone's on right now. What if it works this time! Starting tomorrow, I can't have any more chocolate, sweets or overeating in the evenings. And I probably shouldn't even eat that fruit in the afternoon, dairy, nothing after 5pm, no carbs and maybe I should just fast and eat nothing instead. So what should I actually eat? I should also meditate, not stress, like myself and not worry about how I look all the time. And I should finally get my head straight about what I want. But how do you do that? And why can't I do it?
Because you're taking a power approach, which doesn't work for most women.
This book is so much more than just another weight loss guide because it was written by a woman, a psychologist and a nutritionist. It's a comprehensive guide for women, featuring: the psychological and nutritional causes of being overweight; how to set your motivation and diet without counting calories; therapeutic and coaching techniques; how to exercise and rest properly; recipes for everyday meals and healthy snacks; how to heal emotional eating, chronic stress, and your relationship with yourself; and inspiring stories from the author's office.
The book is varied, going in many different directions, but the goal is one - a happy, healthy you.
