Mental training in individual sports - Product description

The goal of mental training is to acquire mental values such as the ability to control one's thoughts, set goals, the ability to visualize, active regulation (using relaxation techniques) and the use of routines. This book by a Dutch sports psychologist shows how to train and develop the basic mental qualities to improve your mental performance and achieve your dream sporting results.

The book will help athletes and coaches learn how to mentally prepare for competition and maintain the necessary concentration.

In addition, based on practical exercises, athletes can perform mental skills exercises themselves to learn how to control their minds.
