Each serving contains added high quality CFM WHEY protein (80% concentrate), healthy fats from chia seeds and nuts, carbohydrates from rice, freeze-dried fruit and coconut sugar (low GI=35). The base is high quality instant rice porridge. Gluten* and chemical free. 100% natural ingredients.

RageFitness Breakfast 600 g - Dosage

  • 60 g = 1 serving = approx. 7 tablespoons
  • just pour 250-300 ml of water or milk and you're done

How to prepare:

  • Option 1: "I'm at home and have time": In a small saucepan, heat 250-300 ml of milk/water ( 50-70°C), stirring constantly, add the mixture until desired consistency. It is not necessary to heat further while stirring. We recommend a softer consistency, if you add too much of the mixture the final consistency will be dry.
  • Option 2: "I'm on the go, I can't keep up".

Our Tip:

  • add a teaspoon of nut butter to the finished porridgeand stir. This will make your breakfast even tastier and more nutritious
