100% WHEY PROTEIN 100% protein from undenatured whey 70% protein and over 5g of BCAAs per serving of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoulecine, L-Valine) Protein from European grass-fed farms.
The protein is extracted from fresh milk during cheese production. The whole process is subject to EU regulations and the milk is of course sourced from cows that are not injected with banned antibiotics or growth hormones.

How is 100% Whey produced?
The main ingredient is whey concentrate with high bioavailability, which is obtained by separating the whey from the milk during cheese production. - Dosage
- mix 35 g (approx. 1 heaped 60 ml scoop*) with 250 ml of water in a shaker or blender
- consume 2-3 servings per day
- consume the product immediately after blending
