Protein is a blend of whey concentrate (grass fed quality), pea, pumpkin and rice protein + hydrolyzed waxy corn starch + 23 vitamins and minerals + enzyme complex + beneficial bio-cultures + CLA, green tea and L-carnitine. Complete Diet Protein is designed for meal replacement (MRP) or when used at half dose as a high protein drink after a workout or any time of the day.

Reflex Complete Diet Protein 600 g - Dosage
- As a meal replacement: mix 60 g (two 60 ml scoops) in 350 ml of water in a shaker or blender until smooth. The replacement of one meal a day contributes to weight maintenance after weight loss. Replacing two meals a day contributes to weight loss.
- As a high-protein drink: mix 30 g (one 60 ml scoop) in 175 ml of water in a shaker or blender until smooth. This serving size is not a meal replacement and should be taken between meals as a supplement to a high protein diet. Consume 1-2 servings per day, immediately after mixing.
