- Start-up phase: mix 5g (approx. 1 aligned 5ml scoop*) in 500ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Consume 4 doses daily at regular intervals for 5 days
- Maintenance phase: mix 5 g (approx. 1 aligned 5ml scoop*) in 500 ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Consume 1 serving per day. * scoop is included, but may sink to the bottom during transport. The measuring cup measures volume, not weight. Use a scale for a more accurate measurement. This product is sold by weight, not by number of servings.
The recommended daily dose is 20 g during the start-up phase and 5 g during the maintenance phase. The package contains 50 doses.
