- Mix approx. 70 g of the product (approx. 1 250 ml scoop) thoroughly in 400 ml of water in a shaker or blender.
- consume immediately after mixing
- Take 2 servings per day:
- Training days: first serving mid-morning between meals (breakfast and lunch), second serving after training
- Non-training days: first serving mid-morning between meals (breakfast and lunch), second serving mid-afternoon between meals (lunch and dinner)
