The Stron Man elbow brace is an anatomically designed product that is particularly suitable for strength sports and cross-training. It provides considerable stabilisation and comfort with semi-flexible bands for individual adjustment. The top has a small slit to accommodate different biceps/triceps sizes. Provides elbow joint support, compression and warmth. Increases circulation, relieves pressure and improves muscle coordination in the area. Provides pain relief. Suitable for strength training and lifting heavy weights.

• This product comes with semi-flexible straps for personal adjustment and strong positioning.

Usage:

• Apply the bandage to the knee/elbow.
• The Rehband logo on the bandage must be positioned at the level of the centre of the joint.
• Tighten the bands until you feel the desired pressure of the bandage

Important information:

• Use this product with caution and only for its intended purpose. Do not make any inappropriate changes to the product.
• Do not wear products containing SBR/neoprene for more than 3-4 hours without interruption.
• We recommend that you do not use a product containing SBR/neoprene if you are prone to heat allergies.
• Keep the product away from open flames, embers, and other heat sources. Avoid temperatures above 120°C.
• If the product is no longer functional, worn or damaged, stop using it

Cleaning instructions:

• Wash in warm water at 40 °C with clothes of similar colours.
• Use a mesh or bag to wash delicate laundry.
• Stretch the product while still wet and allow to air dry.
• Clean the product regularly according to the product care instructions on the label.
• Fasten all Velcro fasteners.
• Products with Velcro fasteners require occasional dirt/dust removal

• Take measurements according to the instructions on the packaging.
• Determine the size of the bandage (see size chart).
