The most important free amino acids - but why?
Leucine, isoleucine and valine belong to the group of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). BCAA are among the 9 amino acids that are essential for the human body, i.e. that the body cannot create on its own. The only source of these amino acids is our daily diet or nutritional supplements. Branched chain amino acids make up about 35% of the essential amino acid supply of muscle protein.
Glutamine is one of the most popular active ingredients among athletes, so we can't leave it out of this product. We have also enriched BCAA+GLUTAMINE XPRESS with taurine. The combination of BCAAs and glutamine in a 1:1 ratio is an extremely convenient and easy way to replenish these amino acids, which are abundant in muscles, either during or after exercise. BCAA + GLUTAMINE XPRESS also provides these amino acids with exceptionally delicious flavours. Of course, this doesn't mean that a full-fat diet can be abandoned after training - its role is unchanged
