- Mix 2x 1 serving of powder (2x 12,5 g = 2x 1 aligned scoop) with 2x 200 ml of cold water in a shaker
- the drink is slightly carbonated, therefore afterafter shaking, loosen the lid of the shaker after 5 seconds to prevent accidental pressure build-up in the shaker,
- take one serving (12.5 g) 30 minutes before training and the second serving (12.5 g) during training
