No-Stim supports your body during physically demanding or high-intensity workouts as the 3g of creatine in the product is scientifically proven to increase performance during sequential, short duration, high-intensity exercises such as strength training or interval cardio!

- mix 2x 1 dose of powder (2x 12.5 g = 2x 1 flat dosing spoon) with 2x 200 ml cold water in a shaker
- is slightly carbonated, so open the cap every 5 seconds when shaking to avoid accidents
- consume 1 dose 30 minutes before training and 1 dose during training
