Mega Daily One is our developed multivitamin and mineral formula containing 25 active ingredients. It contains a high dose of vitamin B-complex and vitamin C, as well as vital minerals, including magnesium, selenium and zinc.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, as well as to the reduction of fatigue and feelings of exhaustion. In addition, it helps to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense training (this positive effect can be achieved by increasing the intake by 200 mg of vitamin C, above its daily recommended dose).
Vitamin B2 contributes to normal vision and to the maintenance of normal red blood cells. Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis. Mega Daily One Plus provides 240 percent of the reference intake levels for vitamin D3.
Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle and immune system function as well as normal absorption/utilization of potassium and phosphorus.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility, reproductive capacity and the maintenance of normal blood levels of the most potent male hormone; it also contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
