- Mix 1 serving of Protein Breakfast (100 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) with 150 ml of hot or cold water
- Shake well until it reaches the right consistency
- If you prefer soft flakes, allow 1-2 minutes for them to absorb the liquid, but if you like them crunchy, eat immediately
- preferably in the morning or during the day as part of a meal
