Scitec Nutrition Protein Pancake 1036 g - Dosage
- Mix 37 g (1 scoop or 2.5 heaped tablespoons) of Protein Pancake powder with 100 ml of water or low-fat milk
- Stir the mixture vigorously until the consistency of the mixture resemblestraditional pancake batter
- then place in a non-stick tin and bake over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the batter)
- experiment with batter thickness, pancake size and baking time to create the pancakes you want
- once prepared store in the fridge and use within 1 day
