Scitec Nutrition Protein Pudding 400 g - Dosage
In a shaker, mix 1 serving (40 g - 1 scoop) of Protein Pudding powder with 250 ml of water and shake vigorously until thickened. Then pour into a bowl and consume after a meal, or substitute for a meal. Chilled pudding is even more delicious. Store the mixed batch at 4 °C and consume within 2 days.
