What comes to mind when you hear the word pudding? A well-known delicacy that makes you feel guilty after the first spoonful. But we thought that a true functional food, like our PROTEIN PUDDING, must contain more than one important ingredient, which is why this product is rich in protein. To enhance the nutritional value of our sports dessert, we have added two extra quality protein sources (casein and whey protein). Protein contributes to muscle growth and preservation, as well as to the maintenance of normal bone health!*

Scitec Nutrition Protein Pudding 400 g NEW - Dosage
In a shaker, mix 1 serving (40 g - 1 scoop) of Protein Pudding powder with 250 ml of water and shake vigorously until thickened. Then pour into a bowl and consume after a meal, or you can substitute it for a meal. Chilled pudding is even tastier! Store the mixed batch at 4 °C and consume within 2 days.
