About the Author
Tvrzník Aleš
Mgr. Aleš Tvrzník is an expert at the Scientific and Service Centre for Physical Education and Sport CASRI Prague. He deals with diagnostics, methodology and recording of load in elite sport and transfer of the knowledge gained in this way to the field of recreational sport or fitness. He is the author of a number of methodological materials and publications. Recently, he has been working on biomechanics of running stride and consulting on the selection of the right running shoes.
