BCAA Power Punch is a very effective supplement in any sports nutrition. This supplement contains branched chain amino acids (BCAA), which are composed of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

- For best results dissolve 2 heaped scoops/teaspoons (11 g) in 500 - 600 ml cold water
- shake well for at least 30 seconds
