ISO-Gro Whey is a new generation of high-protein drink for building muscle mass thanks to high-quality whey protein. It contains essential amino acids and BCAA. In addition, it also contains a complex with minerals such as zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium and creatine monohydrate. This blend is a suitable drink both before and after training.
Creatine enhances physical performance in short-term intense performances. Calcium supports muscle and digestive enzyme function. Zinc affects normal carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism, protein synthesis and immune system function. Magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. USN Iso-Gro Whey Protein 2000 g - Dosage
- Mix two scoops (35 g) with 200-250 ml of water or 4 scoops (70 g) with 400-500 ml of cold water
- mix well and let stand for 30 s
- take 30-45 min before exercise and another double dose after exercise as part of a building program
- inon a non-training day, take a double dose 30 min before breakfast and a second dose (35 g) between lunch and dinner
- for endurance sports: take 1 dose immediately after physical activity
- rest days take 30 min before breakfast 1 dose
- per day take a maximum of 3 doses of the product
