Crea Monohydrate contains creatine in the form of 100% micronized creatine monohydrate. Shaker 600 ml orange
The shaker is orange matt in colour, 600 ml, slim, tapering towards the bottom. The shaker has a screw cap, the small lid is snap-on. The screw cap is orange and the small snap cap is black. There are non-slip moulded parts on the sides so that the shaker is easy to hold. On the back you will find the lines in ml/oz for measuring and a sight glass for visual inspection of the refill, and the Extrifit logo on the front. The shaker includes a spring-loaded ball for better beverage mixing.

- the recommended duration of use is 8 weeks and should be followed by a break of several weeks
