The Big Book of Strength Training, 381 Strength Training Exercises (2nd reprint) - Product description

The book describes in detail all the main aspects of strength training - whether the goal is to increase muscle mass, develop muscle strength, or lose fat. It is a comprehensive training guide containing definitions of key concepts and procedures or a selection of appropriate training tools, including the latest innovations and methods for developing individual muscle groups. It provides the reader with a rich selection of training programs, methods and exercises and offers specific examples of training units. In addition, each training method is accompanied by information on difficulty, effectiveness and the speed with which the desired goal can be achieved.

You will find a total of 381 strengthening exercises divided by muscle groups, descriptions of their correct execution, including illustrative photographs, which will be appreciated especially by beginners. For experienced and regularly training athletes, the publication will help overcome stagnation in performance or solve other problems they may encounter during strength training.
