- Dosage - take 1-2 capsules daily
- Take with sufficient water
- take approximately 20-30 minutes before the start of the training unit
Czech legislation limits the maximum daily dose of synephrine to 20 mg, therefore a maximum of 2 capsules per day can be taken. Never exceed this value.
