In 1 vegetarian capsule: Serenoa repens standardized berry extract (45-50% free fatty acids and sterols) 150 mg, Serenoa repens raw berry powder 132 mg, alfalfa-based vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) 94.4 mg, spirulina 11.8 mg and blueberry 11.8 mg. Dosage: take 1 - 3 capsules daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
